On-Line Sales
The Student Activities Business Office is offering online credit card transaction
processing for student organizations. Student Organizations can now sell items,
collect dues, fundraise, and more through the SABO website
http://rcsabo.rutgers.edu/. On line
sales provide a convenient and secure solution for student organizations processing
Visa/MC deposit transactions 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. For details or
instructions on how your organization can use this service, please contact the
SABO or visit our website and click "On-Line sales" under services. Also, as
always, consult your administrative advisor.
Below are the instructions and on line sale request form that will be posted on
the website.
Instructions for posting an item on the SABO website:
1. Complete an “On line Sale” request form available
here
2. The SABO staff will add the item to the website here
3. Customers can log into our website and make a payment.
4. An email is generated to the student org contact for each sale, including
all the details of the sale.
5. The credit card deposit transaction is posted to the organizations’ SABO account
by the next business day. (3.5% processing fee will apply to each sale and debited
from the organization account).
6. To create a link to the online store specifically for your organization, link
to https://rcsecure.rutgers.edu/rcolp/index.asp?ac=### where ### is your organization's
3-digit account number.
