What can we spend the organization's money on?

All expenditures must be reasonable, appropriate and necessary and directly relate to the student organization's goals of the event. Additionally, each funding source may place specific restrictions on how funds may be spent. For example, your Governing Association may place restrictions on using funds for decorations. Similarly, a corporate donation may be for purchases related to a specific event or item. Consult with your administrative advisor for clarification on specific issues related to purchases and funding source.
